Fit for purpose

This term we are learning how to be healthy and fit. Teem 5 goal are fit and healthy to be healthy and fit you have to jog or run this is an easy way to be healthy and fit because you do not need any equipment. The other easy way to be healthy and fit is push ups this is hard to do but is worth it because is relay healthy for your body. squats is a good excise also and like last two you need no equipment your leg will hurt but your leg become stronger. pull ups is a good  one when you do it arm will but like the squats it will help your arms. Being healthy and fit is not just teem 5 goal is the whole school goal.
